If I’m not travelling the world, visiting gyms to teach seminars, or taking part in huge camps, you can find me on the mats at Fighting Fit BJJ in Stafford (England), my home gym.

Located half way between Birmingham and Manchester airports, on the M6 between Junctions 13 and 14, and conveniently placed on the West Coast Main Railway Line just south of Stoke on Trent, Stafford is surprisingly easy to get to. We are very welcoming to all people who visit us, with classes being free during your visit, and we may even be able to offer you a sofa during your stay.
